Bread is my favorite food, there I said it. there is nothing in this world that can compare to the pillowy goodness of a loaf of sourdough, except for maybe two loafs. You can imagine my glee when three brothers with a bakery in the Outerbanks of North Carolina reached out to me for their new logo. I'll admit- I asked to be paid in bread. they wanted something that felt as light as their boules and leaned into their love of old horror movies. Enter this yeasty monster- if you are ever around Corolla NC go do your part to contain the discard beast by ordering a few treats-
